ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Finance team currently has a 15 months FTC for a FP&A Manager to join CBRE Advisory UK business for a maternity cover.
The FP&A Manager supports the Finance team with the management and integrity of our Financial Planning and reporting System and delivery of forecasting and analytical tools across the division.
Reporting into the Head of FP&A, you will be expected to work closely with stakeholders across the Finance organisation, while also supporting the FP&A team with broader reporting and analytical requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Finance Business Partner to Corporate functions
• Revenue lead, consolidation of forecasts and analysis
• Preparation and submission of monthly revenue & profit flash to US
• Monthly and Quarterly Reporting Production both locally and globally
• Budget and Forecast schedule preparation and analysis
• Management and support of ad-hoc analysis
