The role is responsible for providing FP&A support to the Personal Finance business, working closely alongside both finance and non-finance stakeholders to influence and lead the performance of Personal Finance. As a FP&A Finance Manager you will: Lead the personal finance monthly reporting for the Personal Finance Exco and the Personal Finance Board Ensure the production, delivery, understanding and presentation of insightful financial analysis including analysis of Personal Finance yield, NIM and cost of funds Proactively develop new analysis and insight to support business decisions Challenge current processes and embed efficiency improvements Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Group Finance teams, sharing good practices and financial analysis Support the forecasting and budgeting processes Contribute to a range of projects and initiatives as required Qualifications Essential: Experience working in Financial Services with FP&A experience Qualified or studying towards qualification of CIMA, ACCA, ACA Analytical and Curiosity when looking at numbers Strong communicator and influencer Stakeholder Management Commercially focused If you feel you have some of the skills mentioned above, but not all, please do still apply and we would be happy to have a further discussion with you in regards to your suitability for the role.
