Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dynamic and curious FP&A Analyst to join our Canadian team as part of an international rotational program, offering one year of experience in Canada followed by one year abroad. This role is an excellent entry point into the professional finance world, offering direct visibility into regional financial results and close collaboration with both the head office and local teams.

WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Financial Planning: Prepare and refine monthly and quarterly financial forecasts.
  • Results Analysis: Compare actuals to forecasts, identify variances, and explain key drivers.
  • Support Function Oversight: Analyze costs related to support functions (HR, Finance, Legal, Sales, Communications, etc.).
  • Headcount Monitoring: Ensure proper mapping of employees to cost centers, track hires and departures.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Sales, Communications, and other support teams.
  • Reporting & Presentations: Prepare financial reports and presentations for VPs and senior leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development of automated reports and process optimization.
