About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Business Partnering Intern to support our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in driving strategic financial insights and operational efficiency. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on headcount cost analysis, financial modeling, and reporting, providing exposure to Bolt on a global scale. Your Daily AdventuresAssist in reviewing company benefit and event policies, understanding their accounting treatment, and reflecting them accurately in budgeting and forecasting. Collect, validate, and maintain staff cost-related data from HR, Finance, and Accounting teams. Perform data reconciliation and variance analysis to help identify key cost drivers and financial trends. Collaborate with the FP&A team to ensure accurate and consistent reporting. Assist in automating and streamlining reports and presentations to enhance efficiency. About youPursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or recently graduated). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets (experience with financial modelling a plus). Familiarity with Google Slides for creating executive-level presentations. Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle sensitive financial information. Interest in corporate finance, strategic planning, and executive reporting. Fluent in English. Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity.
