ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an ambitious and analytically driven intern to support our Management Reporting team within FP&A. This internship is designed for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in financial analysis, reporting, and commercial insight within a high-growth environment. As FP&A Intern you will be: Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts by gathering, validating, and organising financial data. Assisting in drafting financial commentary by identifying key trends, variances, and business drivers. Helping maintain departmental performance reports and collaborating with Finance Business Partners/Department Heads to track spend against budgets and forecasts. Contributing to the development and enhancement of reporting templates and tools to streamline monthly reporting cycles. Supporting weekly cost reporting through data extraction, reconciliation, and variance analysis. Working with finance and operational teams to ensure accurate and timely cost data capture. Assisting in building management reporting dashboards to provide meaningful insights into P&L and departmental performance. Identifying opportunities to automate manual reporting tasks, improving efficiency and accuracy. Learning and adhering to strong financial controls, compliance standards, and internal reporting requirements. Contributing to ad-hoc projects that support FP&A initiatives and broader business priorities. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Academic exposure or early experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields. Interest in FP&A, financial modelling, or business partnering; prior internship experience in finance or high-growth tech/fintech is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful patterns. Solid proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Aleph) or data visualisation platforms (e.g., Looker) is a plus. Curiosity to understand fintech business models and underlying economics. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. A proactive working style with a willingness to learn, problem-solve, and take ownership of defined workstreams.
