Job Description Your Role: Synthesized data from several data sources (SAP, BPCS, Xtel, Tesco, Snowflake, Tableau, etc.) to produce a consolidated Excel view for the stakeholders. Conduct statistical analysis and data analysis on the different KPIs. Identify data inconsistencies and implement data quality checks and processes. Create and maintain a comprehensive data dictionary and standard operating procedures for the different business processes. Should be ready to tackle challenges and meet SLA. Assist with identifying impediments across work streams and collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to resolve issues promptly. To be able to implement extensive data cleansing and analysis, using pivot tables, formulas (v-lookup and other), and conditional formatting to large datasets. Should be able to perform variance analysis on different data sets like (budget & forecast tracking) Prepare and facilitate PMO meetings. Follow-up with stakeholders and data stewards to fill gaps in data. Participate in developing best practices for product data and content analysis and reporting. About You: Bachelor/master’s degree, preferably in accounting, or finance. 1-2 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably from an MNC, captive shared service centre, or multi-location organization. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
