POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a highly analytical and strategic Financial Planning and Analysis Lead to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for delivering insightful analysis and financial guidance to help drive decision-making across the business. You’ll work cross-functionally with executives and department heads to plan, report, and optimize business performance. This position reports directly to the CFO.
Position Location: Remote — Hawaii (to align with Australian and Eastern Time Zone crossover)
Reports To: Chief Financial Officer

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

  • Experience partnering with executive leaders and department heads
  • Strong understanding of cost optimization strategies
  • Comfort with systems upgrades and process improvements
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and ad hoc requests
