We're looking for an FP&A Lead – Projects & Forecasting, a commercially minded finance leader who can elevate forecasting accuracy, sharpen project performance insights, and drive ERP‑enabled governance across our engineering business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment and enjoys shaping how a business plans, measures and performs. What you'll be driving Leading monthly 12‑month rolling forecasts across projects and business units Designing and improving project‑level forecasting templates Tracking forecast accuracy and delivering meaningful variance analysis Running scenario modelling on pipeline, resource shifts and cost changes Integrating rolling forecasts with the annual budget and long‑range plan Acting as the finance lead for ERP configuration, optimisation and governance Improving project setup standards including cost codes, billing rules and revenue recognition Ensuring data integrity across forecasting, reporting and project controls Partnering with IT to deliver ERP enhancements and automation Driving reporting automation into Power BI and planning tools Collaborating with the General Manager, business leaders and Finance Business Partners Supporting Shared Services with clear, consistent reporting standards What you'll bring 8–12+ years FP&A experience in engineering or project‑based environments Strong capability in rolling forecast modelling and scenario analysis ERP experience, ideally Business Central Advanced Excel and Power BI skills CA / CPA qualification (desirable) Experience working with shared services teams A commercial mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to influence and communicate clearly with non‑finance stakeholders A data‑driven, process‑improvement approach Confidence to challenge project assumptions and drive better outcomes Why you'll love working at Fyfe You'll join a collaborative, future‑focused team where your insights genuinely shape how the business performs.
