As they continue to evolve and grow, they are looking for a commercially astute and analytically driven FP&A Manager to join their finance team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar FP&A or commercial finance role
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Commercial mindset and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, hands-on, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As FP&A Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance through insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning. This is a high-impact role suited to a proactive finance professional with a sound understanding of financial instruments from the lower level upwards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Provide strategic financial insights and scenario analysis to support key business decisions.
  • Partner with the Procurement team to evaluate margin performance, risk exposures, and hedging strategies.
  • Analyse and monitor the financial performance
  • Financial modelling
  • Deliver concise and actionable monthly financial reports, dashboards, and variance analysis to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiencies.
  • Support improvements in financial systems, reporting tools, and planning processes.
