OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
the Finance Manager is responsible for Managing the monthly, quarter, yearly and long term reporting requirements of DFC & AFGRE assets. The ideal candidate would be process-oriented, possess excellent staff & task managerial skills, natural leader, pay close attention to detail, ensure compliance with GAAP and have analytical thinking skills. Additionally this role will require knowledge and experience of IFRS.
To manage and control various financial and accounting systems, management accounts and stake holders reports and compliance procedures of the company in accordance with the internationally accepted standard, and monitor its internal control to ensure financial stability and maintain complete transparency and accuracy in the system and reports and enable those reports to support in decision making process.
The Finance Manager will assist the respective AFGRE department heads in the daily operations, decision making, strategic business planning, and monthly management meetings and business reviews
