Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning
  • Contribute to the definition of financial targets (production, outstandings, revenues, expenses, etc.) in alignment with the company’s short- and long-term ambitions.
  • Responsible for multi-year strategic plans, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts.
  • Management Control
  • Design and produce reporting tools to support business monitoring and decision-making (operational dashboards, financial and risk reports, profitability analysis, etc.).
  • Prepare management reporting for the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, and propose corrective or improvement actions Refinancing & Treasury Management
  • Refinancing and treasury Management
  • Manage overall financing strategy and day-to-day treasury operations to maintain optimal liquidity and support the company’s financial stability.
  • Lead and coordinate the securitization process from structuring to execution and monitoring, leveraging asset-backed financing to enhance liquidity and manage financial risk.
  • Team Leadership


    • Lead a team of five, fostering an environment that promotes skill development, autonomy, and both individual and collective performance.

    • Support the professional growth of team members, particularly through mentoring and coaching of junior profiles.
