Description

Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Management Lead the preparation of all monthly close and forecast review materials for regional CEO, CFO and controller Draft quarterly communications, including the business performance summaries for Board of Directors letter and Townhalls Bill-to-plan functions cost managemnt Performance Analysis & Strategic Support Analyze OU monthly performance to distill and communicate critical insights and trends. Support line manager to deliver QBR to support strategic planning. Develop AOP financial OU/CFO review decks Executive & Senior Leadership Support Partner with the line manager to prepare materials for the APAC Leadership Team meetings. Execute ad-hoc financial analysis projects as directed by the CFO, CEO, and Corporate management. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in finance and planning, preferably with regional roll-up experience Strong understanding of FP&A processes Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in commerce/business administration / economic with high level of Finance & Accounting Experience. CA/ICWAI/MBA/CPA Finance is preferred Experience with FMCG companies
