We are looking for a highly skilled and business-oriented FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for the Americas region (North and South America). This role will be critical in driving regional financial performance, improving strategic decision-making, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior management. The FP&A Manager will work cross-functionally across finance, operations, and commercial teams, ensuring high-quality financial insights, planning accuracy, and accountability across the region. This position is eligible for our hybrid work model working three (3) days on-site in our offices in Oak Brook, IL or Racine, WI and two (2) days remote/home office.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the Americas region in close collaboration with business unit leaders.
  • Deliver in-depth financial analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and business drivers to support informed decision-making.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to regional leadership, helping shape commercial strategies, investments, and resource allocation.
  • Own the monthly and quarterly management reporting packages, including variance analysis, financial commentary, and executive-ready presentations.
  • Build and enhance financial models and scenario planning tools to assess the impact of strategic initiatives, pricing changes, and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with accounting, operations, and regional controllers to ensure accurate and timely financial consolidation and reporting.
  • Identify and drive efficiency improvements in reporting tools, forecasting methodologies, and data accuracy.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-regional financial initiatives, M&A evaluations, or integration activities.
  • Support and mentor regional FP&A analysts where applicable, encouraging development and strong performance.

Qualifications:

THE QUALIFIED CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA highly preferred).
  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance, including at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Experience supporting multi-country or regional operations, ideally across North and South America.
