Danone is seeking a passionate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. In this role, you will report directly to the Finance Director for the ANZ region, supporting them, the Executive Team, and Regional/Global stakeholders in managing the overall P&L, controlling fixed costs and cash flow, and leading financial analysis and reporting submissions.

Responsibilities
  • Overall P/L Management and Reporting- Lead consolidated P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring strategic insights, system submissions, and stakeholder alignment across local, regional, and global finance functions
  • Fixed Cost - Manage people cost and FTE forecasting with HR, lead fixed cost and T&E control including Power BI tracking, oversee month-end accruals and PO management, handle intercompany cross charges, allocate fixed costs by category, and support local and regional finance teams with strong stakeholder engagement and financial guidance.
  • Cash Flow- Lead quarterly cash flow and balance sheet forecasting, manage direct cash planning with Supply Chain and EIB, oversee transfer pricing and tax coordination, and drive CAPEX control, asset management, and intercompany processes.
  • People Management - Lead and develop a high-performing finance team by supervising one Senior Financial Analyst and one Financial Analyst, with a strong focus on coaching, empowerment, and professional growth.
  • Ad hoc support - Provide proactive support to the Finance Director and business needs, while contributing to internal controls and maintaining the Delegation of Authority framework across the organisation.
  • Systems Support- Drive efficiency through ongoing digitalisation initiatives and provide support for system implementations and modifications at local, regional, and global levels.
