REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields
  • At least 7/8 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in structured corporate environments or consulting firms
  • Already managed a team
  • Solid experience in financial data analysis, budgeting, management control, and reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly MS excel
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (if possible)
Responsibilities

ROLE & TEAM

As a FP&A Manager you will be responsible for financial planning activities and all reporting for Joivy Group.
You will work closely with the management team to monitor business performance, optimize cost management, and contribute to the company’s strategic growth. Your role will involve analyzing and improving the company’s financial processes to ensure alignment with the group’s strategic objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparation with the team of budget and forecast
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts and support financial statements
  • Prepare detailed financial reports for management, offering strategic insights to support decision-making
  • Support the management team in evaluating and managing real estate investments and in strategic planning
  • Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability
  • Perform variance analysis between budgeted and actual results, suggesting corrective actions when necessary
  • Manage and optimize cash flows
  • Supervise internal audit activities and provide support during external audits
  • Implement and optimize financial management control and reporting processes across all company locations
  • Support development in BI reports and new reporting / system will be affect finance dept
  • Support Finance Director in any decision and new process
  • Coordinate all foreign countries for each activity and reports related to FP&A dept
  • Consolidation activities and accounts across the Group
  • Manage own team (local and HQ)
