This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an FP&A Manager in Europe. In this role, you will lead financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for developing detailed financial models, managing forecasts, budgets, and liquidity planning, and providing actionable insights from both on-chain and off-chain data. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will monitor program performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities to optimize financial outcomes. Ideal candidates are proactive, data-driven, and thrive on turning complex information into clear business insights. \n Accountabilities: Prepare, manage, and maintain organizational forecasts, budgets, and liquidity planning. Develop and manage complex financial models for the organization and key business initiatives. Lead quarterly finance reviews and provide ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making. Analyze on-chain and off-chain data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Build tools, dashboards, and models to monitor data, flag discrepancies, and ensure accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to gather information and ensure controls execution. Evaluate partnerships, incentive programs, and market performance, providing actionable insights for strategic planning. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business strategy, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or another high-performance industry. Experience in crypto or blockchain finance strongly preferred. Exceptional analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach, with proficiency in financial modeling. Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently in a proactive and organized manner. Strong written communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex insights clearly. Advanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Causal, Airtable, or Coefficient is a plus. Benefits: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
