Findex is seeking a commercial and driven FP&A Manager to join our Finance team supporting our Professional Services and Advice business. This role reports to the Senior FP&A Manager and focuses on providing high quality financial insights for our Audit, Advisory, and Wealth divisions. You will act as a key business partner, identifying trends and supporting strategic decision making to help our business grow. This position is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys building relationships and translating complex data into actionable business strategies.   Your Role, Your Contribution As the FP&A Manager – Professional Services & Advice, you are responsible for the financial planning and strategic analysis of your assigned divisions. Requirements include: * A tertiary degree in Business or Commerce and a post-graduate qualification such as CA or CPA. * Proven experience in a senior FP&A or commercial finance role, specifically in planning and performance reporting. * Strong Microsoft Excel skills including financial modelling, with exposure to visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau preferred. * Proven ability to lead and influence across functional areas and act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership. * High attention to detail combined with a proactive, self-directed approach to solving complex problems.   If this role sounds like a good fit - Apply now!     Our Impact: Why Findex?     At Findex, we help clients manage, grow, and protect their financial future with confidence.
