FP&A Manager | CFO-Facing Role | Hybrid (Sydney CBD) We're looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join Experteq's high-performing Finance team and play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, performance, and decision-making across the business. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a hands-on, commercially focused role where your insights will directly influence executive decisions in a complex, regulated technology environment. This role exists to strengthen commercial insight, improve planning and forecasting, and ensure leaders have the data and analysis they need to make confident, informed decisions. What You'll Be Responsible For Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles Build financial models to support business cases, pricing, profitability, and scenario analysis Partner with operational and commercial leaders to improve performance Manage data feeds and financial data repositories across systems (SAP, ServiceNow, vendor data) Deliver clear, data-driven reporting and ad-hoc analysis for executive decision-making Ensure strong financial controls and compliance with reporting standards Drive efficiency, integration, and continuous improvement across finance systems and processes What We're Looking For Essential Proven FP&A experience in a corporate, technology, or services environment CPA or CA qualification (MBA/CFA viewed favourably) Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving capability Experience working closely with senior stakeholders Advanced Power BI (or similar BI tool) expertise Nice to Have Experience with SAP BYD and/or ServiceNow Microsoft Dynamics exposure Why Join Experteq?
