BRIEF INTRO TO THE ROLE:

As the FP&A Manager, you will play a critical role in driving financial insight and strategy across the business. You will report directly to the VP of Finance and work closely with senior leadership to enable data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of commercial acumen, deep analytical capabilities, and experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Developing financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Own annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and 5 year planning processes.
• Business Partnering across Sales, CS, Product and Marketing business leaders to provide financial insights, align financial plans to GTM execution and drive operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement KPIs and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Conduct scenario analysis to assess business risks and opportunities.
• Drive automation and improvements in financial reporting and analytics.
