Support company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Perform in-depth financial and business analysis across revenues, gross margin, and operating expenses Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly management reporting with clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership Partner closely with global business leaders across Sales, Operations, R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain, acting as a strategic finance business partner Analyze financial performance versus Budget and Forecast, identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities Support monthly and quarterly close processes in collaboration with Accounting Drive process optimization, automation, and best practices within FP&A Requirements What should you have? Must-Have: Bachelor’s degree in economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA – advantage) 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar roles Experience in a global, publicly traded company – strong advantage Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Fluent English – written and spoken Strong analytical thinking combined with solid business judgment Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment Nice-to-Have: Experience in technology, industrial, or SaaS companies Hands-on experience with FP&A and BI tools (e.g., TM1, Hyperion, Power BI) Knowledge of US GAAP Experience working directly with senior management and executives KORNIT is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
