FP&A Senior Analyst This high-impact role involves driving analytics, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and drive business insights. Key Responsibilities:  * Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to guide strategic planning and business decisions. * Create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess company performance. * Assist in annual budget preparation and monitor adherence, identifying opportunities for cost optimization. * Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, to support executive decision-making. * Provide financial insights into operations and management for project tracking and performance evaluation. * Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitive landscapes to inform financial strategies. * Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions, providing financial models and projections. * Identify financial risks and recommend risk mitigation strategies to ensure financial stability. * Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and board meetings. * Partner with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and best financial practices. Qualifications:  * Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. * Experience: 5+ years in a financial analyst role, preferably in banking, finance, or industry. * Technical Skills: Advanced Excel & PowerPoint proficiency, strong budgeting & modeling experience. * Systems Knowledge: Experience with ERP systems and BI tools. * Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to present complex financial data effectively. * Leadership: Experience preparing board presentations and developing complex charts/graphs. Preferred Experience (Nice-to-Have):  * Background in the construction industry or project-based finance, understanding the percentage of completion and WIP schedules. * Experience working with private equity-backed companies.
