Descrição da empresa Hana Group is looking for and FP&A Analyst to strengthen its southern Europe FP&A team. Reporting to the Southern Europe Management Control Manager, the FP&A Analyst is co-responsible for all FP&A processes: budget construction, performance management, cost optimization, as well as ad hoc analysis of the southern Europe perimeter (Spain, Italy, Portugal). The selected candidate will work on the various monthly deadlines for country managers in the region and for the Group as a whole: review and management of closing accounts, preparation of business reviews, reforecasts, and business plans. This new position plays a central role in the coordination of the zone's financial management, and acts as a link between the Group and the zone. Contacts with countries and the Group are daily. Descrição do emprego Main responsibilities : Prepare and present regular financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Analyze financial results, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Supports the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational goals. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function. Assist in the development of long-term financial plans and strategies. Participate in cross-functional projects, offering financial expertise and strategic support. Habilitações Minimum: Frequency in University in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent Professional experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related role of at least 5 years in multinational environment Fluent English (mandatory) and French and Spanish is a plus Good MS Office knowledge, of which high-level in Excel is mandatory Team oriented in multicultural work environment Someone hands-on, proactive, enthusiastic, and with strong communication skills. Deep understanding of accounting principles and practices, with strong analytical, problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. Contract Type: Fixed-term
