This role requires partnering with Operations, effective communication skills, strong analytical capabilities, financial acumen, and the ability to work within a dynamic environment using diverse methodologies, tools, and processes. As an FP&A Senior Analyst you will be responsible for the following tasks: Lead the full financial cycle including annual planning, budgeting, and periodic forecasting across multiple organizational levels. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and identify opportunities to enhance profitability and cash flow. Recommend corrective and strategic action plans where needed. Continuously improve financial processes to adapt to organizational changes or evolving management requirements. Propose and implement process redesigns with a broader functional perspective in mind. Collaborate and influence across functions, maintaining effective communication with Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with financial objectives. Perform complex financial analysis, interpreting data and addressing scenarios where standard procedures may not apply. Develop tailored approaches for exceptions and unique business cases. Act as a business partner, supporting leadership with insights, scenario modeling, and clear recommendations. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will bring: Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred) Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business analysis Experience of working within large multinational or matrix organizations (preferred) Strong proficiency in Hyperion Planning / Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Solid working knowledge of SAP ERP, including standard reports, master data, and transactional flows Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in fast‑paced environments Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
