JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Reporting Analyst will play a key role in designing, developing, and managing reporting solutions and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders. This position is responsible for transforming raw data into user-friendly reports and dashboards, optimizing reporting processes, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with business acumen to deliver impactful reporting solutions that drive decision-making.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Help implement the firm’s reporting strategy
  • Lead projects involving multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Design, create, and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and visualizations using firms standard reporting tools Assist in building, maintaining, and improving performance reporting infrastructure
  • Develop ad-hoc reports and analyses to address immediate business questions
  • Stay informed of industry trends, economic conditions, and evolving regulatory changes that may impact firm strategies
  • Assist with defining process around reporting governance and ‘One Firm’ reporting standards
  • Assist in improving the quality of the firm’s data and definition of data standards

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • 3 – 5+ years of experience in a relevant position
  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Power BI, and transactional system reporting tools
  • Knowledge of the firm’s key transaction systems (Maconomy, Salesforce, and Workday)
  • Growing understanding of industry drivers and trends
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Growing analytic capacity and ability understand and to model potential business scenarios
  • Understanding of financial reporting systems

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a shared service environment
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CFP
