Qualifications:- 5+ years of in-industry embedded firmware for power electronics, renewable energy or automotive — shipped product, not coursework. - Production FPGA/RTL in VHDL or Verilog (Xilinx, Altera, Lattice or Microchip), with simulation and timing closure. - Strong embedded C/C++ on microcontrollers and/or DSPs, with real-time control. - Hands-on hardware bring-up and strong hardware–software integration. - A degree in Computer, Electrical or Embedded Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Recommended to have:- Power-electronics / converter / inverter control, or SST and high-frequency topologies. - SiC-based power-stage experience (Infineon or similar). - SoC FPGA (Xilinx Zynq) experience. - Modelling and simulation (Simulink, PLECS, PSIM) and model-based design. - IEC 61508 / ISO 26262 functional safety; Git, CI and agile.
