In parallel, we provide leading engineering services in FPGA system design, and in development of high-speed hardware, FPGA firmware and embedded software.  To strengthen our dynamic team in Zurich, we are looking for a new:   FPGA/SoC Embedded Software Engineer * Degree (PhD/MSc/BSc) in electrical engineering or equivalent. * At least 3 years of practical experience with some embedded technologies (FPGA/SoC/CPU/MPU, Linux/RTOS, Security, PCIe, Ethernet, USB), embedded software (C/C++) development and unit testing. * Familiarity with the development of BSPs for embedded operating systems. * Experience with FPGA tools (AMD Xilinx Vivado, Intel Quartus or Microchip). * Demonstrates knowledge of industry best practices and trends. * Collaborative, reliable and solution-oriented individual. * Accountable personality that needs little direction with a structured and pragmatic working style. * Effective communication skills and ability to interact across different levels and regions. * Fluency in English and ideally German, additional languages are welcome. * Design and develop embedded Linux BSPs and reference designs for our FPGA/SoC products. * Perform bring-ups of new products and custom boards and debug complex systems. * Design production tests for new products based on our test suite. * Design, specification, and implementation of embedded solutions. * Support our customers in the successful deployment of our products. * Lead and own design and code reviews and mentor/support junior engineers. * Contribute to standards and libraries and hold workshops and trainings.
