Role: FPM Manager (Finance, Risk & Compliance Systems) Location: Malaysia We are currently partnering with a leading technology-driven telecommunications organization that is scaling rapidly to support new digital initiatives and platforms. As part of this expansion, multiple roles are open across key functions to help build, maintain, and enhance next-generation solutions. This opportunity offers exposure to large-scale systems, innovative technologies, and a collaborative environment where skills and ideas make a real impact. The Manager will own the design and governance of Financial Planning & Management systems, delivering accurate forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modelling with strong controls and data integrity. Responsibilities Own the FPM systems strategy, roadmap, and governance Manage and enhance EPM/FPM platforms (e.g. Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Hyperion) Design and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and planning models Ensure data accuracy and integration with ERP and reporting systems Partner with Finance, FP&A, and Technology teams on planning solutions Drive automation, scenario modelling, and process improvements Ensure compliance with audit and financial controls Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field (CPA/CFA a plus) 8+ years experience in FPM/EPM, FP&A systems, or finance systems roles Hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Hyperion, or similar planning platforms Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles Experience integrating planning systems with ERP/reporting tools Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management abilities
Responsibilities
The Manager will own the design and governance of Financial Planning & Management systems, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modelling. They will also manage and enhance EPM/FPM platforms and ensure compliance with audit and financial controls.
