Job Description Supervise, review, and approve naval architecture and hull structural engineering activities performed by contractors and subcontractors. Oversee VLCC conversions, topsides integration, and hull life extension activities. Review and monitor weight, COG, radii of gyration, and hydrodynamic loads. Supervise intact and damage stability analysis including offloading and tank inspection conditions. Ensure FPSO transportation and mooring plans are compliant and executable. Provide technical support for field engineering, construction, and commissioning activities. Liaise with classification societies and stakeholders, ensuring approvals and technical compliance. Lead studies and provide technical recommendations for project decision-making. Report critical issues, propose remedial actions, and support project management. Qualifications Proven expertise in naval architecture, hull structural engineering, and mooring systems for Oil & Gas projects. Experience in FPSO construction, conversion, or integration projects, preferably involving VLCCs. Strong solution-oriented mindset, leadership, and cross-disciplinary coordination skills. Experience liaising with classification societies (ABS, DNV, BV, LR, etc.). Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are a plus. Additional Information Duration: 24 months Location: Nantong, CHINA
