Company Description IOTA Group is recruiting for FPSO Process Lead to join Suriname GranMorgu Project of our client, based in Chinese yard. The FPSO Process Lead will ensure all process systems—separation, compression, dehydration, water treatment, and safety—are installed, aligned, and ready for commissioning in Chinese shipyards. Job Description Oversee installation and alignment of all FPSO process systems. Review contractor/vendor documentation and monitor compliance with P&IDs and specifications. Witness inspections, functional tests, and support mechanical completion. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, piping, instrumentation, electrical, structural). Ensure process safety systems (ESD, HIPPS, relief valves) are installed correctly. Maintain records, punch lists, and handover documentation for commissioning. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering (or equivalent experience). 10–15 years in offshore oil & gas process engineering and FPSO construction. Minimum 5 years yard-based construction/installation experience. Strong knowledge of FPSO process systems and vendor packages. Leadership experience managing multicultural teams, with HSE awareness. Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus. Additional Information Start: 01/05/2026 Location : Chinese yard
