Twentyfour Industries What we’re looking for We are looking for a hands-on FPV Drone Builder & Flight Test Specialist to support our engineering team with flight testing, tuning, prototype setup, and test infrastructure. You will be a core part of our R&D process – configuring flight controllers, tuning Betaflight/PID gains, and ensuring stable, repeatable flight performance in a fast-moving defense tech environment. Strong hands-on FPV experience is non-negotiable. EU citizenship or eligibility for EU security clearance is required. The day-to-day Assemble, configure, and fly FPV drones and prototypes Tune flight performance and PID gains in Betaflight Bind and calibrate RC transmitters, receivers, and video links Define and improve test procedures, checklists, and documentation Build and maintain test setups, fixtures, and supporting test devices Report test results, learnings, and improvement ideas directly to the R&D team Support component sourcing and prototype logistics You should apply if you Have strong hands-on FPV experience – building, flying, tuning, and repairing Are comfortable working in Betaflight or similar software Have a good feel for flight behaviour and practical debugging Work in a structured, tidy, and reliable way Give clear, honest feedback when something doesn't work Are available full-time and on-site Hold EU citizenship or are eligible for EU security clearance Nice to haves Basic coding or scripting experience Background in defense, security, or operational drone environments What we offer Real impact & ownership: Shape how UAVs are tested, tuned, and brought into production – with direct responsibility from day one.
