Location: North Hollywood, CA Reports To: CEO Role Overview: The Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides part-time, strategic financial leadership to support profitability, cash flow optimization, and operational efficiency within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on high-impact financial strategy, performance analysis, and executive advisory, while partnering closely with leadership and the internal accounting team to drive measurable business improvements. Core Focus Areas: ? Financial strategy & decision support ? Executive advisory & business planning ? Cash flow forecasting and working capital management ? KPI development linking operations to financial performance Key Responsibilities: ? Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team ? Support decision-making, capital investments and growth initiatives ? Review financial statements ? Guide budgeting and forecasting processes ? Monitor cash flow and financial health ? Translate operational performance into financial insights ? Support ERP and reporting improvements ? Advise on compliance, audit readiness, and controls Key Deliverables: ? Support evaluation of existing operating agreement and ownership structure, providing financial and strategic analysis to leadership regarding long-term partnership and capital structure considerations ? Improve cost accounting accuracy (labor, overhead, scrap allocation) ? Build financial KPI dashboard (margin, labor efficiency, scrap, delivery performance) ? Identify financial and operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies ? Support budgeting and scenario planning Requirements Qualifications (Preferred): ? 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience ? Strong manufacturing finance background ? Ability to diagnose and implement improvements quickly ? Experience in $10M-$100M companies ? ERP Experience (Epicor, SAP, JobBOSS) ? ISO/ AS9100 / Nadcap familiarity Physical Requirements and Work Environment: ? Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer ? Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
