Locations: Singapore | India | United States | GCC Engagement: Fractional C-Suite Advisory Role (flexible; scope and cadence to be mutually agreed) About the Opportunity Our client is a Singapore-based technology company operating at the intersection of real estate, data centres, and built-environment innovation. As part of its strategic expansion into the data centre (DC) asset class, the company is seeking a Fractional Chief Growth Advisor – Data Centre to help shape market presence, accelerate commercial traction, and embed deep industry intelligence into its digital products. This role is designed for a senior data centre leader who brings credibility, networks, and commercial judgement, and who can operate as a trusted advisor to founders and senior leadership. The mandate is to catalyse growth by opening doors, shaping go-to-market strategy, influencing enterprise sales, and ensuring products reflect real-world delivery, investment, and operational realities across global DC markets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Growth Strategy & Market Expansion Advise the CEO and senior leadership on growth strategy for data centre–focused products across Singapore,/India/ the US/ and GCC market respectively Shape market entry and expansion approaches, including prioritisation of customer segments, regional value propositions, and partnership-led versus direct sales models. Leverage senior-level networks across data centre developers, operators, hyperscalers, fund managers, EPCs, and advisors to identify high-impact growth opportunities. Support the establishment of anchor relationships that enhance credibility and accelerate adoption in priority regions. 2. Commercial Advisory & Enterprise Sales Enablement Act as a senior commercial advisor on complex, enterprise-level sales opportunities in the data centre ecosystem. Support large, strategic deals by opening doors to senior decision-makers Participating selectively in C-suite and board-level client conversations Helping shape deal narratives, pricing logic, and value articulation Advise on commercial models and monetisation strategies, including enterprise licensing, platform subscriptions, and strategic partnerships. Provide market feedback to refine positioning and messaging for developers, operators, investors, and infrastructure stakeholders. 3. Industry Credibility & Market Presence Represent the company as a senior industry voice in high-impact forums, closed-door roundtables, and strategic industry engagements. Help position the platform as a credible decision-support and intelligence tool for the global data centre ecosystem. Advise on thought leadership themes and market narratives that reinforce authority in the DC space without relying on traditional sales-led marketing. 4. Data Centre Design, Engineering & Delivery Insight Provide advisory input across the end-to-end data centre lifecycle, including: Site selection and due diligence Power availability, grid strategy, and energy transition considerations Sustainability, efficiency, and regulatory constraints Connectivity, latency, and network resilience Layout planning, structural systems, and modular / scalable approaches Translate real-world delivery constraints into practical, buildable, and commercially viable digital solutions. 5. Investment, Commercial & Asset Strategy Advisory Advise leadership on how data centre design and technical decisions impact: Capital structuring and fund-raising conversations Underwriting assumptions and risk assessment Asset valuation, scalability, and exit pathways Share market insight on operating models such as colocation, hyperscale leasing, and hybrid structures, and how these influence product relevance and buyer intent. 6. Operations & Lifecycle Performance Insight Provide guidance on operational considerations and how early design and planning decisions affect: Long-term performance, resilience, and reliability Infrastructure scalability and redundancy strategies Maintenance planning, energy efficiency, and total cost of ownership Ensure the platform reflects how data centres are actually built, operated, sold, and optimised over their lifecycle. 7. Product & Platform Advisory Help define product priorities by distinguishing between critical, value-adding features and non-essential functionality based on real-world experience. Act as a bridge between data centre practitioners and internal product and engineering teams. Advise on integration opportunities with complementary B2B SaaS platforms across design, construction, asset management, and operations. Ideal Candidate Profile 15+ years of senior experience across data centre development, design, construction, investment, operations, or commercial leadership. Deep exposure to large-scale or hyperscale data centre projects and global DC developers or operators. Strong, active networks across developers, operators, funders, EPCs, consultants, and advisors. Experience operating in a fractional, advisory, consulting, or C-suite leadership capacity. Strong exposure to solution selling and enterprise B2B sales in the data centre or adjacent infrastructure ecosystem. Background in, or strong familiarity with, B2B SaaS, tech, or digital platforms is a significant advantage. Comfortable operating across Singapore/ India/ the US/ and GCC markets in an influence-driven, non-operational capacity.
