WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a swiss-army-knife marketer to own and optimize core parts of our performance marketing engine — someone who can think strategically and get things done.
This is a fractional role for someone who’s worked across high-performance funnels, understands lifecycle marketing, can troubleshoot Facebook Ads blindfolded, and wants to work with a team that’s already moving fast.

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:Core Focus Areas (Where We Need You Now):

  • Facebook Ads (Meta): Audit, rebuild, and manage compliant campaigns that attract the right leads (and avoid the wrong ones).
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Build top-of-funnel and reactivation email sequences that convert interest into action.
  • Lead Funnel Optimization: Map and optimize the entire client journey from awareness to booked session (especially for high-intent paid leads).
  • Doctor Outreach Strategy: Support a monthly fax-to-MD campaign across ON, QC, and BC, with designed briefs and a light content calendar.
  • Professional Referrals: Help us grow our referral base with clinics and therapists — build simple materials and automated outreach.
  • Social Media: Relaunch our dormant social channels with a light, credible, on-brand presence. Just enough to show we’re alive — not influencer content.

Secondary Opportunities (If You Have Range):

  • Landing page builds or optimization (targeting competitors, cities, or indications)
  • CRM evaluation and light implementation (we’re migrating off duct-taped systems)
  • Performance reporting and attribution logic
  • Input on brand creative and positioning for our at-home psychedelic therapy program
