FRACTIONAL HEALTHCARE COMPLIANCE & CONTRACTING COUNSEL (REMOTE, ENGAGEMENT)

Latitude is seeking a fractional healthcare attorney to support a high-functioning in-house legal team at a nonprofit health system. This engagement offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned lawyer with deep knowledge of healthcare regulatory and contracting matters to provide high-impact legal support on a flexible, remote basis.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR THE FRACTIONAL HEALTHCARE COMPLIANCE & CONTRACTING COUNSEL:

• 5+ years of experience practicing law, with significant in-house experience in the healthcare sector
• Expertise in physician contracting, data privacy, compliance investigations, and regulatory matters
• Ability to review and revise affiliation agreements, data protection agreements, program letters, and related documents
• Experience working with compliance professionals and guiding internal investigations
• Comfortable serving as a practical legal sounding board for both legal and compliance teams
• Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
• Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Outstanding professional references
