We are looking for a Fractional Product Manager to help us shape the vision, strategy, and execution of Kedet. This role will bring both strategic leadership and hands-on execution, setting the foundation for product management at War Room. What You’ll Be Doing Strategic Leadership Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Kedet. Partner with leadership to identify market opportunities and competitive differentiation. Ensure Kedet’s roadmap aligns with client needs, agency growth, and future integrations. Tactical Execution Translate business requirements into clear user stories, wireframes, and product specifications. Work closely with engineering and design teams to prioritize, build, and release features. Manage the product backlog and facilitate sprint planning. Establish feedback loops with internal stakeholders, clients, and end users to refine Kedet. Monitor product performance, adoption, and ROI, making data-informed decisions. Process & Foundation Introduce product management best practices to War Room (roadmaps, backlog grooming, release planning, etc.). Build internal alignment around Kedet’s product strategy and priorities. Lay the groundwork for scaling Kedet as both a product and a business driver. Skills + Experience 5–10 years of product management experience, ideally with SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or AI-driven platforms. Strong background in digital marketing ecosystems, DSP integrations, or programmatic advertising. Proven ability to work in fractional, consulting, or early-stage environments, balancing strategy with execution. Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical teams. Track record of introducing product practices and building roadmaps from zero-to-one. Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and energized by building something new. Nice to Have Experience working with performance marketing agencies or platforms. Knowledge of machine learning/AI applications in advertising. Familiarity with multi-sided platforms and client-facing tools. Engagement Details Flexible fractional role: estimated 15–20 hours/week to start.
