ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for passionate and knowledgeable Fragrance Specialists to join our Dubai team. As the face of our luxury fragrance offering, you’ll guide our clients through the art of scent selection, layering, and personalisation, helping them discover fragrances that truly reflect their style and mood. This role will take place in clients’ homes or at event settings, offering bespoke fragrance consultations and personalised scent experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct private home consultations for VIP clients, offering tailored scent experiences in their personal environment.
• Provide expert advice on fragrances, including fragrance layering techniques and personalised recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect our luxury brand standards.
• Educate clients on fragrance families, notes, and longevity tips.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the counter is always inviting and well-presented.
• Keep up to date with the latest fragrance launches and trends.Requirements
• Previous experience in luxury fragrance.
• Strong product knowledge and a passion for the art of perfumery.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, polished appearance.
