Following the major expansion of the SPEN network, we are excited to announce that the contract has now been successfully extended. As part of this growth, we are pleased to introduce an exciting opportunity for a Framework Manager to lead the delivery of the contract.

As a Framework Manager, you’ll lead on full delivery of our Vegetation Management programme, ensuring all pre-planning and preparations are undertaken to facilitate safe and efficient on-site operations meeting Client, Contract, Safety, Budget and Quality standards. In this fast-paced, potentially 24/7 environment you will monitor performance against Client and Contract KPIs to ensure delivery of an excellent service with outstanding value.
You and your team will work closely with Clients, Supply Chain Partners and Key Stakeholders to manage efficient delivery through an optimum mix of focussed internal teams and expert external partners. This is a full-time permanent role operating out of our offices in Chorley or Warrington, primarily working on a hybrid basis from home and office whilst supporting on site activities across the entire SPEN Northwest geographical area.
