Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Franchise Account Coordinator to support daily operations and relationship management with our minor franchise accounts. This role will be vital in ensuring our partners are well-supported and organized, contributing to the overall success of the Eyemazy franchise network.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations coordination, account support, or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and cloud documentation systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Hold monthly 1-on-1 virtual meetings with minor franchisees to monitor performance and address concerns
  • Track and resolve daily support tickets and inquiries from franchise partners
  • Collect, organize, and maintain critical documentation from franchisees
  • Assist with onboarding and support for new franchise openings
  • Manage and update franchisee dashboards for accuracy and visibility
  • Coordinate and process franchisee payments for the first and second phases
  • Maintain detailed records of partner interactions, tasks, and outcomes in CRM/HUB

SHARED CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (WITH SENIOR MANAGER):

  • Drive revenue performance and meet KPIs in franchise sales and marketing
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Franchisee Briefs aligned with Eyemazy’s global SMART objectives
  • Log all activities in the CRM/HUB system to ensure transparency and visibility
  • Co-create strategic action plans with franchisees to support sustainable growth and engagement
  • Collaborate on business planning to increase product penetration and profitability
  • Educate and train franchisees on Eyemazy offerings, tools, and events to boost involvement
  • Monitor partner performance and engagement levels; flag concerns promptly to leadership
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with franchise partners
