The role is a combination of network development and territory management, ensuring SEAOIL is able to grow in terms of footprint and volume/margin through the development and management of LUBESERV franchises in assigned area. What will YOU do? Achieve volume/margin and market expansion targets to establish and grow LUBESERV's footprint and equity in the assigned territory Manage dealer(s) / franchisee(s) to strengthen partner relationships and facilitate mutual success Ensure compliance to integrity mandate to foster integrity in the organization Perform administrative functions to monitor region performance and enable data-driven decision making What will YOU need? At least 1 year of relevant employment experience Can drive vehicles in manual transmission Willing to do fieldwork as needed
