In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth, efficient service experience. RESPONSIBILITIES * Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive for service appointments. * Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document service requests. * Provide clear and professional explanations of needed repairs and maintenance to customers. * Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. * Coordinate service schedules and work closely with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs. * Prepare and review repair orders, including parts, labor, and warranty information. * Communicate any changes in vehicle condition and additional required services to customers. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services performed. * Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. REQUIREMENTS * Previous experience in automotive service consultation or customer service preferred BUT DEFINITELY NOT REQUIRED! * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer interactions. * Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is a plus. * Proficient in using computers and service management software. * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. * Valid driver’s license.
