JOB SUMMARY:

The Franchise Business Consultant at Evive Brands is responsible for providing strategic support and operational guidance to a defined portfolio of franchisees. This role combines business consulting with territory management, ensuring franchisees operate in alignment with brand standards, meet performance expectations, and maintain compliance. The position includes oversight of territory financial health, renewals, and expansions. This role is key in fostering franchisee success, driving regional growth, and ensuring consistent execution of the brand across markets.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in franchise operations, business consulting, or territory management preferably in Home Care, Healthcare Staff or Senior Services
  • Prior experience with multi-unit financial oversight and performance coaching required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing franchise lifecycle activities including renewals, territory reviews, and compliance enforcement.
  • Strong financial acumen, including ability to interpret P&Ls, manage territory budgets, and advise on cost control and profitability.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM and accounting system experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to travel 40–60% of the time to franchise locations across the U.S.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary business advisor and territory manager to assigned franchisees, driving operational success and regional consistency.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews, including financial analysis, and recommend corrective actions or growth strategies as needed.
  • Manage the financial health of assigned territories by analyzing revenue trends, cost control, profitability, and other KPIs.
  • Guide franchisees in implementing financial best practices including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Oversee and support franchise territory renewals, expansions, and rights reviews in partnership with the legal and development teams.
  • Ensure franchisees maintain brand standards and operate within approved systems and protocols.
  • Partner with franchisees on local marketing strategies, sales initiatives, and community engagement.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for each territory including business plans, support history, financial records, and compliance actions.
  • Support the execution of corporate-led initiatives, including roundtables, webinars, and participation in annual conferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., legal, marketing, training, finance, and operations) to deliver comprehensive support.
  • Monitor and report on key business metrics such as revenue, profitability, customer experience, and staff utilization.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, brand pride, and continuous improvement among franchisees.
