TITLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPER Location: Miami FL ABOUT THE ROLE Del Toro is seeking dynamic and strategic Business Developers to support and drive the growth of our franchise network. In this role, you will build strong partnerships with franchisees, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with company goals. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and long-term success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate and execute a consistent visit schedule for franchisees, tailored to their individual business needs and growth plans. * Conduct operational, data-driven assessments to uncover opportunities for increased production, improved retention, and enhanced performance. * Execute and adhere to departmental systems of work, ensuring accurate documentation and proper usage of company systems and tools. * Identify and recommend opportunities for growth, including cross-selling, territory optimization, and new product or service introductions. * Serve as the primary liaison between Del Toro and its franchisees, fostering strong relationships and ensuring consistent communication of the franchisor’s expectations and strategic initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS * 440/ 220 License with Insurance Experience * Bilingual (English and Spanish) * Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret operational data to drive decisions. * Excellent communication and relationship management skills. * Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. * Familiarity with CRM or franchise management systems, EXCEL & Power Point.
