YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Engineering;
  • MBA or Executive MBA is a plus;
  • 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence/Marketing/Finance/Strategy Consulting or Investment Banking;
  • Previous experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry and/or retail industry is a plus;
  • Previous experience in P&L management is required;
  • Outstanding analytical & communication skills;
  • Strong negotiation & influencing skills with proven track record;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Ability to provide coaching, advice, and assistance as required, helping subordinates overcome obstacles and deal with problems; ability to effectively work with the C-suite and line management;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Willingness to travel 2-3 days per week across the APAC region.

Responsibilities

Your roles and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for expanding and managing the franchisee relationship up to C-Level.
  • Lead the overall Business Planning Process; ensure cross-functional collaboration internally with functional teams as well as externally with franchisees for ongoing business improvement efforts.
  • Work with Franchisees to develop insights using data & analytics as well as knowledge to drive short, medium, and long-term goals and business planning for the respective markets.
  • Achieve Regional objectives in the areas of new unit store growth, sales and profitability by ensuring flawless execution of the market specific business plan

Responsible for optimizing franchise business performance that drives long term franchise business value.

  • Supporting delivery of world class operations and excellence at the Franchisees

Responsible for supporting operations with relevant tools and tactics to increase sales, improve profitability and maintain high operational standards.

  • Works with internal partners (marketing, finance and operations) to implement business initiatives that drive business growth
