Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to all customer complaints via the CRM system
  • Accurately prepares Audit Reports, feeding back any issues to the senior management in a timely manner.
  • Agrees effective improvement plans with manufacturer auditors relaying issues to MP’s & FD.
  • Any potential Audit requirements from the business that relate to risk or wider compliance.
  • Potentially support in investigations relating to risks in the business
  • Educating employees and partners through a variety of different methods (Meetings, Training, Presentations) on how to improve compliance
  • Helping in the design of programmes that improve compliance
  • Motivating employees to not only strive to meet compliance standards, but also to exceed them for operating efficiency
  • Any other Adhoc requirements that maybe required by the business
