Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role combines sales development and administrative coordination. You will be the first point of contact for incoming franchise leads, guiding them through the pre-qualification process and setting them up for success with our executive team.
With a $2,000/month base salary plus performance-based pay, top performers can earn up to $10,000/month.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and review incoming franchise leads using our CRM system.
  • Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and Zoom/video calls.
  • Conduct pre-qualification interviews to assess fit and readiness.
  • Explain the franchise model, investment requirements, and next steps.
  • Schedule qualified prospects for executive-level meetings.
  • Maintain accurate lead records and notes in the CRM.
  • Support franchise operations with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve lead conversion and sales strategies.
