QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 4+ years experience trading and merchandising ecommerce platforms, ownership of sales plans, reporting and executing trading levers
  • Proven experience understanding and executing Digital Marketing across an owned digital commerce eco-system, including SEO
  • Knowledge of Digital Media across all external digital platforms including SEM
  • Demonstrated experience of identifying and executing significant process improvements and operational change management
  • Experience across Europe and the Middle East preferred
  • Proven experience in commercial partnerships, with franchise experience preferred
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects
  • Written, presentation and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities

A DAY IN THE LIFE: WHAT YOU’LL DO

This role is the bridge between lululemon digital teams and franchise partners, supporting partners driving their digital channels, within lululemon strategies and guidelines.

  • Train partners on lululemon ecom site, digital marketing and CRM standards and practices, and holds them accountable to guidelines
  • Lead franchise influencer and affiliates program, by partnering with each franchise partner to translate and localise our programs for their markets
  • Develop process to link partners’ digital marketing requirements into lululemon approvals
  • Link lululemon media plans into franchise and share relevant briefs/assets
  • Manage partnership between omni teams to share relevant omni programs
