As we continue to expand, we’re seeking driven professionals to help grow our franchise network across Europe and the CIS region.
We are looking for a Franchise Manager to lead the development and expansion of our franchise network across Europe and CIS countries. This role involves identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and supporting franchisees through onboarding and operational growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in franchise development, business expansion, and partner management—preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in franchise or partner management, preferably in logistics or transportation.
  • Strong knowledge of Europe and/or CIS business environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Fluency in English; Russian is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel when needed.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify, approach, and secure new franchise partners in target markets.
  • Lead negotiations and manage contract processes with franchisees.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and provide operational support to new partners.
  • Monitor and drive franchise performance, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with franchise partners.
  • Conduct market analysis to support strategic expansion planning.
  • Coordinate between internal departments and external franchisees.
