OVERVIEW

The Franchise Field Support Specialist serves as a key liaison between the corporate office and our network of franchisees. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, driving performance, ensuring brand consistency, and fostering strong relationships with store owners and their teams. The ideal candidate has strong retail acumen, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and a passion for helping franchisees thrive in a competitive optical market. You must have the ability to work independently, travel frequently, and adapt to various store environments.
This position requires frequent travel throughout the Greater New York region to provide hands-on support to franchise locations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in retail field support, preferably in franchising or optical/healthcare environments.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and sales metrics.
• Experience with optical retail or vision care preferred (but not required).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with POS and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 50% of the time, including occasional weekends.
