What you’ll do Responsible for marketing & sales of the specified disease area to support company objectives. Develop and implement strategies to transform and shape the treatment of diseases in the specified therapy area. Lead a team of sales and marketing managers to assure the brand business objectives attainment & to identify opportunities/issues and performance for the brand. Lead the commercial strategy for the specified products at AstraZeneca Saudi Arabia Define brand priorities through the implementation of cross functional brand plan process, considering company alliance & SOP. Lead cross functionally to ensure the effective workflow that match with the market nature, dynamics, focusing on market access opportunities. Guarantee an effective product communication, promotional supports and implementation of marketing plan to reach sales objectives / margins / Profits. Assure the market analysis (scenarios, trend, competitors, etc.) and monitoring the quantitative and qualitative product perception. Drive innovation / digitalization in the business, finding and implementing innovative approaches across marketing channels. Maintain and develop the relationship with KOLs / HCOs while aligning with Global / International projects & guidance. Applicants should possess the following qualifications to go through initial screening: People management /leadership skills. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as Franchise manager in a multinational pharmaceutical company. Experience in both sales and marketing for oncology \ specialty. At least two years of experience in Oncology. Launch experience is a must. Pharmacy, veterinary, Dental or medical background is a must. MBA degree is an asset. Why AstraZeneca?
