As the Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you’ll support the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing all aspects of the housekeeping and laundry operations. You’ll lead with warmth, attention to detail, and a focus on delivering voco’s unique style of hospitality—marked by comfort, charm, and genuine care.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Education

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management or a related field.

• Experience

• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in housekeeping or catering operations.

• Proven supervisory experience, preferably in luxury or upscale hotel environments.
• Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities to foster team cohesion and guest satisfaction.

• Proficiency with business tools and systems (e.g., PMS, MS Office).

• Attention to detail, high grooming standards, flexibility, and a service-centered mindset.

• Familiarity with health, hygiene, and safety standards in hospitality operations.

• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is advantageous.
